Standard turnaround is 24 hours from submission. Rush service (4-hour turnaround) is available for an additional $49. Reports are delivered via email as PDF attachments.

Our system validates photo quality upon upload. If images are blurry, poorly lit, or missing required elements, you'll be notified immediately with specific guidance on what to retake. There's no charge for re-submission.

Absolutely. All uploads use TLS encryption. Photos are stored securely and automatically deleted after 30 days. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your pool photos are only used for measurement purposes.
